Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and climbing shoes show no signs of use or chalk.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
